"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. Have great confidence they will help."

"Pacific Coast did this most thorough inspection of the three companies I dealt with. All three companies had a different approach to termite control. One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

"Jovany Maldonado does an amazing job has been our pest control agent for several years goes the xtra mile to take care of our pest control needs would highly recommend him and his company"

"Great, so far, fumigation schdled"

"I reached out to Monterey Vista Termite Control to get an estimate on fumigation, and though I reached out on a Saturday over a holiday weekend, Andy got back to me immediately on that same day, answered all our questions, and immediately provided us with an estimate that was lower than the other estimate we had received. Andy was professional, quick to respond, and clearly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Andy and this company, and we will definitely reach out again the next time we need any pest related services!"

"Branden was very friendly. He did a very thorough inspection and answered all my questions patiently. Kudos to Branden for his excellent job."

"The rep was very nice, knowledgeable. He found the nest, which wasn't where he or I thought it would be at first. He was very polite and pleasant."

"Had a serious problem with birds taking up residence in eaves of my home. Toxic bird droppings along the entire side of house. Problem resolved."

"Their pest control service was quick and efficient. Mr. Santos was very easy to work with, knowledgeable, and hardworking. The work was done seamlessly and I would highly recommend this company.
