Well when they come to the front door to tell you they are going to do the service, if you have a lot of questions, they will spend a lot of time talking with you about your personal issues with your trees or grass and they will go and look at it more carefully if you think you have a problem somewhere. I had sort of a grub problem in my grass and I was wondering why my grass was dying and the guy spent quite a bit of time digging around trying to figure out what the problem was and he found some grubs. So he took time to look at it instead of just hurrying and spraying stuff and running to the next appointment. And that's the same with the trees too."
