Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. Also, Eric and Don did excellent job on finishing the project. They are all very polite, knowledgeable, and showed their professionalism. "Working with Jack Whealan means that you're working with the best. My family had a rather complicated project that included 3 major phases along with painting and refinishing existing floors. Not only did Jack complete the majority of the project independently, but he did so while seamlessly coordinating subcontractors to keep the process running smoothly. Jack kept us in the loop every step of the way, and delivered a product that is superior to any other project we've had done. Jack answered all of our questions around the clock, and made sure we had the information behind his answers. We had a significant project (7 months total)- we put on an addition, created an open concept downstairs & finished our basement. Yet despite the breadth of the work - Kinsella and Team showed an immense work ethic from start to finish. Every day they were there at 7AM and put in a full day. The quality of their work was also bar none. We have seen many new builds/other construction projects where the contractors cut corners or create a shoddy product. "I own a condo in East Boston and it needed some serious re-work to the exterior brick wall to maintain a strong structure. I was referred to Carlos, the owner of Alcantara Contractors, by a family member who has used his services in the past and needless to say he did not disappoint! Carlos quickly responded when we reached out and within the week he had a quote back to us for the job. The re-work was comprehensive and we received quotes from other contractors that were much more expensive and had a much longer project timeline so moving forward with Carlos was an easy decision. The project took about 4-5 weeks from start to finish and the end result was spectacular. "Humberto is the best! He and his crew are reliable, careful, knowledgeable, and professional. They always clean up afterwards and are careful not to get paint chips (from power washing) or paint drips in the soil of my garden. I've hired him twice to paint the outside of my half of a duplex. My neighbor in the other half went in with me this time. A third neighbor who saw the work decided to have their freestanding house painted as well. A beautiful job all around. Humberto is also honest and forthright about the costs and doesn't go over."

"The work took about 3 weeks. As the house had mixed paint and stain, they thoroughly sanded places with most of peeling. I'm really impressed by thoroughness they scrape and sand. To me, that is THE most important part of job. After sanding, they did second power wash to remove dust. They also coated my deck for free after seeing scratches caused by ladder. The team is very professional and courteous. I'm really happy with the result, will definitely hire them again."
