"Where do I start?! We hired Michael to fix our water heater, he responded quickly & was able to get us in later in the evening. He called to let us know when he was on his way & when he came he wasted no time. He explained what was wrong with our water heater & gave us a reasonable quote. We needed a part that was half way across town during traffic time so to make sure we got the part we needed he rushed down to grab it before the placed closed & came back & was able to fix it that night (thanks goodness he did because it was snowing & no one wants to use cold water when it snows).
