"Chris and his crew arrived on time to power wash my two story vinyl-clad house and wooden deck. They also cleaned my gutters and flushed my downspouts. Chris and his crew also washed the exterior of my 30 glass doors and windows. The weather decided not to cooperate. Several days of rain delayed the second phase of the project, which was staining/sealing the deck. Chris kept in close touch by phone and text to make sure the deck had sufficient time to dry. Once a date was selected, Chris and his crew arrived promptly again and completed the work in a timely fashion. The work was completed professionally and exactly as promised. "They refinished our deck and within 6 to 8 months it was back the way it was. They came back out again this past summer. It's this summer and the deck again is looking like it did before they came out here. Now, in their defense, they used a product from Sherwin Williams that really didn't do the job. We had a new product put on by Deck Rescue and the Sherwin Williams Company didn't reimburse me or anything and the product that I used from them last year is now not working on the deck again. What I want to make sure that you understand is they used a product from Sherwin Williams. I didn't have any problem with their doing the work, it was the product they selected. Then they continued to use the product, and we continued to have the problem. So I want to make that clear in the terms that what they did was not wrong. What they did was fine, but they continued to use the Sherwin Williams products, and those have turned out to be quite frankly worthless. Price was fine. They were competitive. It didn't work. The first time they were responsive, the second time they weren't because they had to come back out for the deck again and I got re-charged for it. They were a little messy at a couple points."

"From the day Dusty and his associate, Tim, came to install the underdeck ceiling, they worked tirelessly. The ceiling was installed in a day, and the work was done to perfection. We chose the clay-colored ceiling which matched our home exterior very well and is light-colored enough to make the area bright. We decided to also add a light for illumination in the evening. We now have a beautiful area that's nice and dry where we can enjoy the outside during a rain shower. Dusty and Tim did a wonderful job for us and other than the new ceiling, you would never know they were here based on the great cleanup job they did. We would recommend them highly to anyone plagued with leaking under their deck area."
