"They have ordered the special materials and will install them by mid-Sept."

"I hired Morgan exteriors to install 12 replacement windows . The sales person , Kyle was very informative and was knowledgeable about the product. the installers - team Richie and Rochell did a superb installation job. very professional. Kept the area clean. Removed old windows and all debris. Thank you for a great job."

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"The two young men was very courteous, cleaned everything up sweep the floor."

"Outstanding job. Quick and efficient. Came to give me an estimate the next day and two days later, my walk-in shower was installed. I had to replace a tub/shower combination due to cracks on the flooring and leaking water and I chose to replace it with a walk in shower. It is really nice and I love it."

"FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."

"Great company. Had shower installed four years ago. Yesterday Marty came out to install a grab bar and permanent shower rod. Work was performed in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and cleaned up after install, no mess left for us to clean up. Would recommend Marty as a true professional. I would recommend Marty and Bath Fitters for any tub/shower install.
