"Rats got into our home and the infestation only took days. We immediately began interviewing prospective rodent removal services. I knew of one local company and found Omega on Angie's list. Both provided evaluations and estimates, we hired Omega. The work went as promised and exceeded our expectations. Joshua Campbell met with us and completely evaluated this situation. Joshua went all through the attic and up on the roof (the other company just looked around the attic with a flashlight and did not go up on the roof). Joshua provided a detailed quote, explanation of services and an information binder that was particularly helpful. Omega's estimate was much higher than another company we contacted; however, Joshua explanations of services and professionalism demonstrated added value. Omega did not take short cuts! We are convinced the other company would not have been as thorough as Omega. Our home is approximately 4,000 square feet. Omega spent a good 7-8 hours the first day just sealing potential rodent access points from the ground to the top of the roof and setting traps. The second day Omega finished sealing, re-inspected their work and began monitoring. Joshua and/or Jeff were at our home every 2-3 days to monitor traps and checked for activity (this is very important when dealing with rats) and removing rat droppings from inside areas. They were like cats stalking their prey. As Joshua indicated when we first met, it took several weeks to rid our home of the rats. After the last rat was removed and there was no rodent activity for a period of time, Omega remediated the home including removal of rat droppings in attic (if accessible), vacuuming attic areas and treating the attic with a powerful decontaminate/odor eliminating fog. We were pleased with the service and professionalism we received from Omega...Josh and Jeff. Definitely was worth a few extra dollars. We definitely recommend this company."
