"I contacted Evergreen Construction Group I had them come out and give me a quote for my master, and guest bathroom. Yan came out to my house with in a few days of reaching out, he gave us our quotes and we chose to go with Yan and Evergreen Construction Group. Yan was amazing at getting a team to come to the house within a few days to start the guest bathroom. Once they finished that they started our master bathroom. Yan checked in everyday to make sure everything was on track. They were very clean, always before they left they made sure to clean up after themselves. They gave me a time line and they completed a week before the time line they gave me. I would highly recommend Evergreen Construction Group, Inc."

"After several long years of designing and permitting our home remodel during the pandemic, we were searching for a good contractor to build out our remodel and second story addition. Avi and David were wonderful; very thorough in explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and settling on a price that was reasonable and within our budget. During the building process, David was very responsive, available, and receptive to changes and last minute decisions made along the way. The project took longer than anticipated and there were some unexpected setbacks, but David and Avi worked quickly to fix issues and keep the project moving forward. At the end of the project they were very responsible about making sure we were satisfied with every last detail before completing the project. "The price from RET Construction was very good as opposed to others. They also would be able to take care of everything. My bathroom has windows and one light. They installed a second light for brighter and air sucking out to ensures all humid air from showers will not rot the wall. They always take my calls and texts back. They very honest and really care about the bathroom looks. They worked hard and got it done in good time. Everything looks great and we like our bathroom."

"We did a 3 room kitchen and bath remodel in just under 3 months, and we are over the moon with how well everything came out! Micky and his team are simply superb — every team he brought in did top notch work, including tiles, flooring, plumbing, electrical, countertop, cabinets, glass, stucco, windows, drywall, and more. Micky coordinated everything to perfection, ensuring the project was progressing day to day, sometimes hour by hour. The only “negative” was that we had to work hard to keep up with their impressive pace (in terms of making decisions and ordering needed supplies) and it was well worth it! "I am very pleased with the work done by Hic builders. Our initial contact was Josef. He came out and gave us a fair price to replace a wood fence, patio cover, and deck. Materials were sourced and brought in without delay despite supply shortages. My dad is a civil engineer and he noted the wood to be of good quality. He and his workers showed up daily, on-time until the project was completed. Every day the work area was left tidy and cleaned up. We live in a townhome. The only access to the backyard is through the front door and living area. His team covered our furniture and flooring. We will definitely call on Hic Builders in the future and recommend others to do the same."

"I was referred to 800 Remodeling by Angie's List, and the owner, Amir, called me literally minutes after I received the referral. I described my situation to him and we scheduled a meeting at my home for the following day. He arrived promptly and immediately introduced himself with a picture ID and his state contractor's license. After inspecting the cracks that were of concern to me in a structural post supporting a major beam, he took some pictures and promised to get back to me with some recommendations. The next day, he called just as he had promised, told me that after talking with a structural specialist he did not believe the post needed to be replaced, but nevertheless gave me a rough-order-of-magnitude estimate on what a replacement would cost, should I decide to have that done. After some additional research, I concluded that the cracks are typical and not impairing the structural integrity of the post, and decided for added insurance simply to reinforce the post with some wrap-around steel bands. Since that is a small and simple job, Amir offered to refer me to someone else to do that job for me. He did not charge me for the consultation or the time he spent in discussions with other specialists. So although I ultimately didn't hire him for this job, I was impressed by his professionalism and shall definitely be contacting him again for some larger jobs I am planning in the future."
