"He came very quickly after my scheduled plumber was not able to come because his van broke down. He gave me service at the agreed upon price and did it well . "I am completely satisfied with Becks. Every encounter from initial txt msg through phone call, scheduling, meeting the technicians, and their work in assessing and completing the repair was exemplary. My job was done in a timely manner which was a relief as another company quoted me a 4 day delay. My water was off at the main so I really didn't want to wait that long. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional and answered my questions. They left no mess behind. I have some future upgrades in the planning stage and will definitely consult with them at that time due to the experience I had today. So, in short, my water is back on. My leak is gone. The technicians were wonderful. I recommend Becks without reservation"
