"Ricardo and his team are the best! We originally hired them to clean the moss off our roof. They were the only ones who got on the roof before providing a quote which was lower than all of the others we received. Ricardo took pictures to show us what was going on up there. After cleaning the roof he let us know about concerns they encountered while doing the job. He gave us his opinion and some options which included repairing the roof or replacing it along with the pros/cons of each. After they finished cleaning the roof we hired them to replace part of our fence. Once again, excellent job! A few months later we contacted Ricardo for quotes to repair or replace the roof. He once again provided us with fair quotes. We decided to replace the roof and Ricardo and his team started the job the next day. Once the shingles came off, the team found that some of the plywood needed to be replaced and most of what was up there wasnâ t nailed down properly. Ricardo kept us informed about other things they encountered and provided pictures and recommendations along the way.
