"It was a pleasure to have them advise me on my home in Berkeley Springs, WV. The original estimate was not changed due to my house having an ancient type of foundation that precluded them from cutting into the cement floor for the tile drains. The alternative was sheeting applied to the walls with a "guttering" type baseboard that collects the water and gravity drains it to the sump pump. " hollow plastic baseboard is installed along the base of basement walls to form a drainage channel that directs water to a sump pump system. A baseboard-type drainage system is sometimes recommended when the basement slab is too thin to accommodate a French Drain." It cost $5000 to install the entire drainage system and sump pump in 2017. Works so well no moisture for the past 2 years. Had maintenance done on original work for $178 in 7/2019. I hope it lasts for years to come."

"These guys were phenomenal. We hired them to replace our shower faucet and shower head yesterday. They went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. I will say that it was a bit more expensive than I thought it would be, but I completely understand why. What I was super impressed with was any time they had to go get parts or do this or that, he would ask me to come and look at what he's doing. Plumbing is a foreign language to me, but he explained everything in great detail about what they were doing, what needed to be done and why. He kept me so very well informed throughout the entire job. They worked very fast but not too fast to make mistakes. They cleaned up after the job very nicely and very timely. Kudos to them! I would absolutely 100% recommend these guys for any plumbing job and we will absolutely use them if needed in the future! Two areas of feedback. 1 -They had to replace panel behind our hallway toilet. It's just a smidge crooked. To be fair, the old panel was painted the same color as the walls, so it's very possible the old one wa a crooked too and we just didn't notice. And 2 - maybe look into booties to cover your rubber boots for non emergency situations? This is by no means a complaint. Plumbing is a messy job and I appreciate everything they did. Just a suggestion!"

Time of arrival delayed due to vehicle issues (which I know you can't plan for) so service was not at the time I had planned but I made it work. "Slow draining tub, a toilet that just won't flush, and some back flow when using the dishwasher left us thinking we just had a major clog.  To our surprise, it was a collapsed sewer line that needed to be replaced.  While there was a 1 week wait due to the time of year and the demands they were expecting, we were more than happy to wait the week.  Work went quickly and smoothly, and was far less intrusive than we anticipated.  Their staff even wore shoe coverings when coming into the house!  Only some minor clean up work was required once they left, which appeared to be an oversight when they cleaned up.  Everything else was back to normal after they left and no problems since."
