"I cannot recommend Winters Plumbing enough. We are new home owners and had frozen pipes. While we debated letting things thaw naturally, I decided to call a plumber. Winters was my second call at 6:30 on a Monday evening, and I had a call less than 30 minutes later that a plumber was on the way! Tabor was friendly and a straight shooter. He was quickly able to ID the problem and give us a range of options to fix it - even when one was to let us try to fix it ourselves. I'm so glad we didn't go with that option because he was able to get us water back. He also identified that our water softener was damaged and saved us potentially thousands of dollars of damage. "It went well. Dave was prompt and explained what happened. The basket strainer was completely rusted, so it needed to be replaced. Dave was very efficient. The kitchen faucet also had a small leak, so that needed to be replaced as well. Dave came back the next week to install the kitchen faucet as is was more cost efficient for me to purchase it and then have him install it."

"I was disappointed that the service tech did not have the replacement faucet or garbage disposer with him when he came out. I made it clear in my request for an estimate that at a minimum, these two items need to be repaired/replaced so he should have brought them when he came. Instead, I had to wait for an hour for him to drive to the "warehouse" to pick up the items and come back. I did not see or sign the written estimate before I agreed to the quote, and I do believe I was gouged on the price, but the work needed to be done so I did not press the issue with John. Other than that, John was friendly, professional, and did a great job cleaning up after himself when we completed the work. The employee that contacted me to set up the appointment was also very friendly, prompt, courteous and professional. The lady that called the other day to see how things went was friendly and professional. For these reasons, I am willing to hire Hope Plumbing again for future plumbing need; however, I will scrutinize the invoice and demand to see the written estimate before hand."
