He also recommended Galvanized mesh for the soffits and failed to tell me that bugs could get to the attic thru that mesh. We had to add to the estimate and add the bug mesh during the job. It turned out they could not get to the part of the attic where the major problem was. They still ignored that part in spite of me calling or texting them daily for more than a week that there still is a raccoon up there. They kept saying he will come out. They only acted on that part of the attic when the raccoon died and the smell permeated the house."

"They did what I hired them to do. I had to call them back and they didn't come back when they said they would. I had to call them back a couple of times to get them back here. They wanted to sell me a very expensive plan of pest and varmint problem here. Setting a trap in the attic was secondary to them, but they did it. I wasn't overly happy with them. He was very polite when he came in. They came out right away. I called to find out when they were going to back out and they said they would call me back. The service guy came out really late. His primary purpose of coming out was to sell me a very expensive plan. If you're ready to spend $100's of dollars in pest control then I would recommend them. They will do the trap and get the squirrels out. I had to insist on it. They did bring the equipment and got rid of him. It was a good price. I would not use them again."
