"I waited many weeks to post this, to make sure I didn't post out of anger. I've used Blake for many yrs. Il've literally paid him thousands. I am posting our last correspondence. Blake didn't inform me that he didn't have his cameras until AFTER I agreed to quote and AFTER he was finished for the day. That concerned me, as he usually has them up for a few days, sometimes a wk, to make sure squirrels are allout. He came back 2 days later and closed the holes. *pictured are his 'fix'. After a few days of concern, I called to ask about the $550 charge without cameras. He stated, "that's what I charge". I said that was ok. If he felt it was fair, I'd respectfully accept it. In less than 3 wks, another hole was made. When I let him know, I was shocked at his response. I own my own business, and wouldn't still be here after 26yrs if I treated clients this way.
