"The inspector went through our home including our attic and crawlspace. He identified several potential access points that rodents could use to enter our attic or crawlspace. He also identified our need for additional insulation in our crawlspace and with our heating ducts. He left us a written bid to do the rodent control work and a separate bid to do the insulation work. He was prompt and professional. As the rodent access points have existed for many years with no problems, we elected to do some of the work ourselves.

"There was a misunderstanding since I hired a different company. The pest control came over and the manager was concerned and came right over and got everything straightened out. They were both very professional and the manager was very fast to respond. The price is very affordable, more so then the one I hired. I would have gone for Alta if the call back was a day earlier.
