"The job went excellent. Shay repaired about 100 lineal feet of fencing that had blown down. He placed new posts in new concrete. Did all new framing and even got me a great deal on the fence boards from a local supplier rather than paying over double at the big box stores. He really cares about doing a great job and is meticulous and makes sure everything is done right instead of trying to rush through it. "The owner saw the problem and did the repair in very little time. He took a photo of the problem to show me which I appreciated. He noted where a tile had been placed  elsewhere on the roof near the seam of a window or skylight (I forget) and commented that that wasn't best practice. The  owner stated I would need a repair (or new roof) for my garage maybe by next year. I asked for a general idea of the cost of a new roof which he provided. He was very professional and personable. No one showed at my first appointment because  of a scheduling mixup within the owner's office. The owner tried to make up for this  at the end of his visit by removing the moss by hand that was growing on a section of roof that  will need repair/replacement soon.
