"After strong storms Wednesday night /Thursday morning I found several shingles in my yard and more loose ones on the roof. My thoughts went from home owners insurance deductibles, DIY videos online, hospital bills if I were to do it myself, and eventually to Home Advisor. I typed in my "project". I immediately received an email with top contractors in my area wanting to bid. I clicked to let them all bid, and started reviewing the feedback on each one. As I was doing that my phone rang. It was Josue Licea from JML Roofing and Construction. He was looking at images of my house on Google Earth, and said he had the right color shingles to match my roof. I asked if he could make it out before the next rains predicted for Saturday afternoon. Josue and his brother Johan showed up on a very cold Saturday morning and installed over a dozen new shingles on my ridge cap. I watched them carry the ones that had come loose to their work truck. They explained what they were doing and the cost was very reasonable. Other contractors bid 3x what JML did and could not make it out until after another week of rain. Not only will I use JML on any future projects, I&apos;ll be sure to recommend them to friends and co-workers. Great job!"

Their marketing person spent about 6 hours at my home inspecting/photographing the existing roof condition from the outside and inside the attic, explaining their product, the warranty, and the installation process. The materials were delivered the day before the installation. The 5-man installation crew showed up the next day as scheduled, including a truck-mounted trash bin. 8 hours later I had a new asphalt tile roof with new plywood wood base, liner and edge-to-peak ventilation system. The post install cleanup was thorough, including a magnet sweep for nails. The crew members were cordial, careful and thoroughly professional. They had obviously knew what they were doing and had worked together before. I am thoroughly impressed with the installation and the product."

Through the work , Rolando sent pictures of the work in progress until it was completed, emailed me the invoice and warranty documents, and my son who was at the house during the project confirmed the quality of the work."

"We had five different companies give us bids, and when Cody Witt came, he explained their products and the differences compared to others. We chose a shingle that was not very different from our old shingles but had depth definition and a lifetime warranty. Barrier netting was used for tear down and installation. The netting went from the eaves of the house down to outside of our flowerbeds where another net caught the debris. This protected all of our flower beds and also made for a more efficient clean-up. They also covered our pool and spa with a full tarp to protect them from any debris. The crew never slowed down and because of their work ethic and attention to detail, experience and pride, they know their work shows and they are proud of it and so are we. WCS provided a full-time project manager on sight the entire time to oversee the work and answer our questions. Cody Witt is definitely an insurance whisperer, and he will work with your insurance company to get as much out of the claim as possible. We highly recommend WCS for your roofing needs.
