Concerned a bit about the future impact of having the marble counters cut into to remove both faucets and a “value hit” if we decide to sell in the future. "Called as I was referred that they outsource for well/pump repair. Sounded strange as this is a vaccum repair company, but the company who referred was reputable. Company came out to look at well. Gave huge estimate to fix "problems" I didn't even ask them to look at. Said I would need a lot of work done on the well before they could even diagnose the issue. I called another company I had used in the past, they fixed the problem quickly, did not try to sell me all of these other services. I was out the door for just the part and labor - couple hundred bucks instead of the significantly higher amount I was going to get charged. Maybe they don't know much about variousl pumps/well's as they claim. Will never use them again. I felt they completely wasted my time."

"We were having problems with our well pump. We didn't want to call the company who'd installed it, because we'd been burning through pumps and felt we were being taken advantage of. We had already called another pump company but the owner, while seemingly very nice, was uncommunicative (he kept making appointments and not showing up). They called us back promptly, explained they did not deal with pumps, but referred us to Cal-Tech Pump Well & Compressor.  Scott called us back promptly also, and kept us informed every step of the way.  If there was a delay or if he had to come after normal business hours, he let us know.  We were honest and told him why we hadn't wanted the original installer of the pump and well system to come out to do the repair.  We also told him that we'd called another well repair purveyor, who had recommended a new system set up.  Instead, Scott was familiar with our pump, and checked the diagnostics, which said we had a faulty transducer.  He ordered the part, replaced it, and tested the system, which so far is working just fine.  We were resigned to spending between $1000 to $2000 as each of our prior repairs had cost, but thanks to Scott, we spent less than $500.  We're VERY happy with his service, professionalism, and knowledge. <br />"
