"If I could give D&M Appliance Repair and A++, I would. I called D&M to check and repair a gas dryer after there was a small fire from the dryer. Danny took apart the entire dryer, thoroughly cleaned it in and out, checked all the components, neatly put everything back in place and made sure it was operating properly. Danny is so polite and knowledgeable. His work is meticulous. Both the dryer and the area he work in was left immaculate. I was so very impressed that I asked for several business cards to recommend D&M to my co-workers. It is hard to find a repair company that you trust to do great job and know they are not looking to have you spend more then is necessary. I will use D&M for all future appliance repairs and gladly recommend them."

"Mohamed was great! I hired him to fix a 5 yrs old Whirlpool Refrigerator/Freezer that was no longer cooling/freezing. He arrived on time and promptly went to work. Within 30 minutes, he had a diagnosis for me - the appliance had a leak and no longer contained any refrigerant. Mohamed laid out my repair options, but told me that the repairs might be short-lived and I might still have to buy a new unit. I really appreciated his kind responses to my questions and concerns. He didn't mansplain everything as most repair technicians do when speaking with women. For a small fee, Mohamed also did a maintenance check on my Kitchenaid dishwasher that had leaked a few times recently. Since the repair fee was 1/4 the cost of a new refrigerator, I had Mohamed replace the refrigerant. This will give me some time to find a new unit should I need to purchase one in the near future. Two months later, that same replacement part failed. I do not blame the Technician or the company. What I did really like was that they scheduled me in quickly and replaced the faulty part for no charge. That was a great demonstration of standing behind their work and warrantying their parts!"

I had an existing water supply and he connected that for me also. He was very professional, informed me of the cost that I agreed to pay. This was a great customer service experience.
