"I had a disappointing experience with this company. During installation, they leaked hydraulic fluid all over my lawn, which badly damaged the grass and still hasn?t fully recovered despite them adding some grass seed after multiple calls to them. That should have been a warning sign, but I decided to move forward. Less than a year later, the rain sensor stopped working after only one season of use. Whether the root cause was a faulty product or the install itself, I expected the company to stand behind their work. Instead, they told me that while the manufacturer covers the part, I would need to pay extra for labor. To me, that shows a lack of accountability. A professional company should take responsibility when a system fails so quickly, regardless of whether the issue is equipment or installation. Unfortunately, that hasn?t been the case here. If you?re considering hiring them, be aware that you may be left with damaged property, unreliable equipment, and additional bills."

"My experience with TLC Inc. was a very positive one! I had a well/cistern that was leaking onto my lawn. Apparently the drainage system had deteriorated over the years. Mr. Drew Hall came out to look and discuss the project. When we later met at TLC to discuss solutions, Mr. Hall clearly explained what has to be done and showed me photos of a similar project. Mr. Hall also worked efficiently with my town’s public works and the county agency to create a system that was satisfactory for all. As the work progressed, Mr. Hall diligently kept me updated. "Be aware of Atlantic Irrigation at (REMOVED ADDRESS), and their technicians regarding sexual harassment. Protect your family from overly-friendly technicians. We had an incident where one of their technicians was ?fresh? and ?hitting? on my wife, verbally, and also included unwanted touching her twice! This is an outrage and not an innocent act. You don?t "hit on" women or touch them in any way! No woman should be treated in this manner, married or unmarried. There should be no fear placed in any woman regarding men working on their property. We have filed a complaint with the Prince George?s County police, placed a restraining peace order against this person, named (NAME REMOVED), and also filed a complaint with the company. The company president, (NAME REMOVED), apologizes verbally and claims that they have not had such an incident. She said if this had happened to her, she would have called 911. There has been no follow-up to remedy this situation."

The employees were professional and very nice people to work with. The price that was quoted was reasonable and honored. Paying online was easy and transparent. We would use them again!"

"Horrible customer service! I used HydroTech to turn on my system in the spring. I realized it wasn't working and called them to come back out. They hide behind a 72-hour window recall policy (they set the system to run at 4 AM) and charged me a revisit fee. They also claimed that the rain sensor wasn't included in their guarantee, so why did they set it up when they initially came out? They quote a replacement cost of $300, the part is available for $80 on Amazon, and can easily be installed. I don't recommend using this company."
