Shower walls were torn out twice and floor of shower 3 times. Crockett was to return and fix molding and painting after the last floor replacement. I have called 3 times to arrange for cleanup and painting to be be completed and have yet to get a return call from George Crockett. One guy broke a pipe off in the floor of bathroom and it stained the ceiling below in family room. This repair was also not completed. I highly recommend. finding another contractor if you are going to do any remodeling."

"They took a while to come out and do the work. First appointment was in December and no one showed or called. Second appointment for inspection was in January. Then they said they would come out to do the work and it took them another 3 weeks. In that time they were also looking for a new fireplace screen for us. Could not find what we needed so came out and sealed the chimney as requested. They came in and did the work and we felt did an honest job."

"Wayne met us at home to begin our initial quote, dropped of shingle samples, and provided recommendations on what would look good on our home. Wayne was responsive to my email questions before the job started. The crew that worked on my home was really good, they were very professional and knowledgeable about the work being done. The entire crew was very hard working; arriving in the morning on time and working until sundown with very few breaks. After the job was finished every care was taken to ensure that all materials and debris were removed and that everything was in the same condition it was in when the crew first arrived. The final cost was more expensive than the original quote due to prior installation issues uncovered during the roof removal. We didn't think to get a contract before work started detailing what was included in our initial quote so we had a disagreement about some of the extra work being part of the initial quote. Wayne was very patient and understanding of our concerns. Wayne took the time to explain the estimate for the extra work, why the work was necessary, and worked with us to rein in the extra cost to be more in line with our expectations. They did such a great job we had them do our shed as well. Would recommend them 100%"

"Breen's was <strong> VERY prompt</strong> about getting back with me and scheduling an estimate.   So I was a bit stumped on the date of the power washing service. They were scheduled to show up at 9:30 AM.  They showed up at about 10:15, and got to work about 10:30. <br /> <br /> The two man crew was quite meticulous about the exterior surface cleaning, going "plank by plank" on my vinyl siding. The sidewalk scour was a little project creep, but as the sidewalks were no longer than 10 feet, they tossed it in. <br /> <br /> The crew put up with equipment malfunctions and worked until they ran out of daylight.  <strong>Great effort. </strong> House looks great. We'll definitely be using them again! <br />   <br /> We were a bit taken aback by the estimate, but seeing the work the crew put in, it was probably cheap at the price!"
