After several calls the salesman finally came out and said it is my gutters. It is not. Later, someone else came out and said the issue is the chimney flashing (which they installed as part of the new roof). He said someone would come out to repair. Someone else came out, but he did not repair it, saying it is a problem with my chimney. He took pictures. I have asked for the pictures to show a chimney company, but still have not received them. Why would Rapid Roof install flashing around a chimney that needed repair? Not good. Look elsewhere if you want better a company that stands by their work better than this."
