"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. "It went so much better than expected. Over the phone, other plumbing companies quoted us $1,000 - $1,500 to do the work and replace the valve. When I talked with Seth, on the phone, he offered to come over within a couple of hours, ON A SUNDAY!, and take a look at the problem. Upon arrival he assessed the situation and determined only the center piece of the valve needed to be replaced. There would be no reason to replace the entire valve, tear up the wall/tiles to do the work. He had to access the crawl space (the entire length of the house!) to get to the water shut off valve...and did this 3 times in freezing weather! He was in and out of our house, with the valve fixed and fixture replaced within 1 hour! And he didn't charge us an additional fee for coming out on a Sunday! "208 replaced our 30 year old water heater. Our water heater is located in our basement so it is not easy to get to. Chris brought the new water heater in and hauled the old one out of our basement. He showed up right when he said he would and worked quickly and at a very fair price. With the old water heater we could barely take one hot shower. Now our family of 4 can shower one right after the other and still have hot water. I have 208's # on my fridge and will call them whenever I have a plumbing need!"

"I have used them once.  They were rated highly on the list.  I was very impressed.  I had a question and he would get back to me on a particular day.  We set an appointment for him to come by and look at it.  He had called and said his brother was sick and he said he would get back to me and he has never had a close followup.  I would not use them in the future."
