Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "I called to schedule an appointment and was able to get a time scheduled within the week. Due to an unexpected medical appt., I had to call back to reschedule. Once again, he was able to get a convenient appt time right away. I have used All Pro for years. Rob always arrives right on time. He checks with me to see if I know of any problem areas, then checks for any spots and pre-treats them. He is very careful not to let his equipment cause any damage to your house by using corner protectors. He also puts styrofoam blocks under any wood chair legs to keep any stain from transferring to the carpet. His price is very fair and my carpets always turn out great. I just don't even think of using another company.
