"Charles was timely and very professional. He explained his process syrp by step and gave helpful information. Not even 2 hours after he left we caught the first rodents! Two more were caught more within 24hrs. I am more than confident we will soon be rid of this rodent issue thanks to McDermott Pest Control Services."

"I had used them for years and was happy. They recently changed to only coming every two months and only spraying outside. They also started to spray a crystal chemical and I noticed that the birds in my backyard had gone away. I checked online and found that the chemical was toxic to birds.  They also increased the price. I recently cancelled my service with them. We now spray the outside of the house ourselves. I understand why they changed their service; it just does not work for me."

"Very knowledgeable guy who seem to know what he’s doing. Don’t know results of spraying. Have had much rain since. Will have to see if it worked. Terminex will spray again the beginning of next month."

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
