"Charles was timely and very professional. He explained his process syrp by step and gave helpful information. Not even 2 hours after he left we caught the first rodents! "It went perfectly well.  I have complete pest control service from Permatox Pest Control Inc.  I have their services since I moved here in 2003.  I have never been dissatisfied.  If, by chance I have a problem they come out immediately and retreat at no charge.  By far, this is the best service I have ever had.  I have lived many places and used different companies.  Permatox has them all beat in service, professionalism, and friendliness.  The coffee pot is always on for these guys."

"Very knowledgeable guy who seem to know what he’s doing. Don’t know results of spraying. Have had much rain since. Will have to see if it worked. Terminex will spray again the beginning of next month."

"After hiring but prior to service being performed the winged termites swarmed my bedroom and sunroom. It was so frightening to see hundreds of these things crawling on my floor, ceilings, and my bed. I didn't know what to do so I called the sales rep. He told me to put down the bug spray which was toxic for me and my dog and ride this out he helped to calm me and assured me that the termites with wings were not the ones which caused damage. They were coming out to die and going towards the light. I have to say that having termites inside your home is a horrible experience in itself, but it was nice to have someone on the other end of the phone to help me through this and I've not seen one since they performed the service. Other companies were cheaper, but terminex knows their business and the house now has a lifetime guarantee against these horrible pests."

When it comes to protecting homes, Terminix has satisfied more customers than any other insect and pest control company in the industry, with more than 15 million service visits annually.

"He was very knowledgeable about the pest around my property. Offer to come back if ants return. I will use company quarterly for ants, spiders and the wasps."
