"My grandson flushed his little yellow bus down the toilet Friday afternoon. I called several plumbers in the area. By late Saturday afternoon I had only 1 returned call saying they could come out Monday morning. A friend suggested I call Gentille Plumbing and Heating. Cleanup was quick and pricing fair. Ryan was professional , friendly and was on his way within 45 minutes of arrival. Thank You Gentille Plumbing and Heating"

"Pete did an excellent job on our annual clean and check up for our mini-split ductless system."

""Henry responded immediately to my repair request for two tenant apartments. He offered to come out the same day, but when that did not work for the tenants, he arrived early the next morning at a convenient time for everyone. He efficiently repaired the showers and toilets. He also checked a few other areas and gave helpful recommendations for future maintenance. His pricing was very fair. He provided a clear written invoice and even gave a written assessment for potential furnace repairs/replacement. I am very satisfied with his work and highly recommend him.""

"John “Johnny Rocket” & his associate did an amazing job servicing my home in Winchester. From the moment they walked through the door, they exuded a friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner. They were quick to diagnose the issue in my heating system & worked efficiently to fix the issue on the spot. The entire job was complete in under an hour. I needed a new thermostat & John installed one on the spot as well! I highly recommend hiring these two gentleman for any of your plumbing & heating needs. After the job was complete, they even took the time to talk my son & I about how they enjoyed helping residents in the local Winchester Community. (They are both former Winchester High School graduates.) I would give Johnny Rocket 10 stars ⭐️ if I could. Look No Further! -Emily (Long time Winchester Resident)"

"Ken was a great person to work with and provided excellent service! I highly recommend him for any plumbing or furnace/thermostat work. I will definitely be working with him again."

"The young technicians who came to my home to installed the new thermostat and move it to another wall in my home were polite and conducted themselves professionally in my home and cleaned after themselves. I very appreciated Uri suggestion when he recommended to me another alternative at the initial visit and gave me a few quotes to choose from. So I'm very happy with ER service and I would rehired these two individuals back to my home. I will definitely recommend ER to other people in my life."
