We scheduled our appointment for a free assessment and was pleasantly greeted by Troy, their inspector. He assessed the damage and in a matter of minutes found the outlying nest in the back yard. Troy took his time and explained all their solutions and combined packages discounts which led us to hiring them to come out a few days later to treat the termite problem. Jeremy, whom I understand to be a Biology major, came out and went to work immediately and completed everything in record time. He patiently answered al of my questions and explained the entire process. I have signed up for quarterly inspections of the bait stations and check ins and I am happy I did. "It went well. They responded promptly to my request for service. Initial inspection of the attic, they believed we had squirrels and a huge birds' nest. They then closed/screened off all entry points. However, once I reported actually seeing a raccoon in the yard, they put out traps and a camera. The raccoon avoided the traps but Mike's Pest Control was persistent, regularly checking the traps and trying different baits. They didn't stop their attempts until the raccoon was caught. If I have any other incidents like this one, I will use them again."

"The actual gutter cleaning itself was top notch. When the cleaners left, they put a message on my door indicating that I have an issue with my roof. I called customer service and was greeted by a high-pressure salesman. They wanted to spray my roof down with a cleaner for $650 to "control organic matter buildup". I almost laughed at the salesman. I live in the Southeastern Forest. Organic matter... really? This felt too much like an attempt at a money grab. Their customer service is nice enough but their aggressive sales tactics are a turn off. I will look for smaller businesses in the future."

"Mr. Lawal was excellent! We had an infestation of European hornets in a utility-owned cable box that posed a serious danger to residents and pets. I sent a request via Angi late last night and Mr. Lawal responded within 10 minutes of my request. He continued the communication and came on a Sunday afternoon to address the problem. Thankfully, Mr. Lawal was able to remove the nest. He is extremely nice and knowledgeable. As I was very interested in his craft, Mr. Lawal took his time explaining and even showed me the remnants of the hive. Overall excellent service and just a really wonderful person.
