"Manuel was wonderful! He analyzed the problem and gave me options. He came on Saturday morning to install the new water heater and couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. The ARS secretaries could take a lesson. They somehow got my phone # and house # wrong! It made for some confusions. Luckily I called them when the serviceman didn't come or call on time. We straightened out the phone # and Manuel had to call me to find the house. Tiny errors make a big difference. Overall, the experience was fine because the service man was so kind and helpful. I will try them again, but check and recheck the details."

"Indiana Crawl Space repair recommended a perimeter drainage system along with a new sump pump and basin. They did not try to pressure me to buy something I didn't need, but rather broke down the quote into what was needed to solve the immediate problem (drainage system and pump), along with some optional future upgrades I could consider and/or save up for (encapsulation and dehumidifier). I had three estimates done for the same work, and this was by far the most affordable. Once I decided to move forward with the drainage system, sump pump, and basin, they were able to be onsite quickly and finished the job in less than two days. They also cleaned out the insulation mess, screened off the vents to keep the animals out, and ran a fresh new vapor barrier. Since the work has been completed, it has been raining for several consecutive days causing a lot of flooding in the area. I keep peaking in my crawlspace. It’s still dry!"

Ours was not an easy job since the crawlspace was super narrow on the west end but they did a super job and at a great price when compared to the other companies we had contacted. We have a 40+ year old double wide trailer and when I say there was a lot of debri under it, that would be an understatement but it looks great now. We were also impressed by the crew at how quickly & efficiently they worked and by nice they all are. They also cleaned up the work site which is a plus in our book. "when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"On Friday night (of course), we discovered that our water heater had gone out and its warranty had ended this past January. While we knew it wasn't an "emergency" situation, we were hoping to be able to find someone to come out and replace over the weekend. Our first attempted provider (one with whom we had an existing plumbing relationship) fizzled out. Our second attempted provider gruffly responded that he wasn't working that weekend. So, yes, Justin Dorsey Plumbing was our third call this time, but next time they will be our first. We are delighted to have been able to hire a local Hendricks County company and that they were able to come out and service us so quickly and at no extra charge for the weekend hours. Same day service on a Saturday was truly amazing to us. It was what we were hoping for, but we really weren't sure we'd find it. <br /> As far as the actual water heater goes, seemed to be a smooth install. Paul was friendly and courteous. Only time will tell as to the quality of the unit, etc., but for now I am a super satisfied customer. <br />"
