Since he is relatively close to our location we called him. "I was very impressed with the unit Sam Jarnigan Electric Heat and Air installed. It is a geothermal heat pump. But, I am less than satisfied with the service I got. It was installed in August and we are still waiting on them to finish some things. They also left me for 24 hours on a 90 degree day with no air conditioning and no water. After assuring me that it would only be shut down for a couple hours while they shut down the one unit and installed the next. They started a week early too so that my husband could be there because he was on vacation that week. They dug in the wrong place when they installed the piping and they completely dug up our garden which we'd spent years on. So, our garden is ruined when it didn't have to be. They keep promising us to come back and bring us filters which we are suppose to change every 60 days. We are now running out of the original filters. We've called them several times and they say that they are in and that somebody will come by, but they never do. They did do everything technically well as far as the installation process - besides digging in the wrong area."

". They come check everything and they make sure that it is operational. I think they replace the filters every year at a charge. We purchase the filter from them and they put it in. Then they make sure that the whole system is working fine. They go outside and make sure that the air conditioner is not jammed up with plants. They make sure that everything is working efficiently. We also had them do some wrapping of flue pipes underneath the floors. So they did some insulation on some of our heating lines down below. In fact they replaced some of them since they were old and were not efficient and were losing a lot of heat. I think they are reasonably priced. They are very open and honest. We had them replace the furnace and air-conditioner in a day. They said that it would be a two day thing. But they pulled another guy from another job saying that he could help on the second part of the job so they finished the job in one day. They were also very neat. I will continue to use their services in the future."
