He provided a fair assessment without being pushy which I greatly appreciated. The doors were custom made according to the specifications I had chosen. The crew that came by to do the installation were friendly, professional and were respectful of my property. As part of the installation of the doors, they also had to do new jambs and the bottom (I previously had a half step). The end result is absolutely beautiful and I am so happy with my new doors. "Hire Ronald! Ronald was incredible to work with from start to finish. I looked far and wide for fence guys and he was a recommendation from a friend on Facebook. I was very weary but so pleased with the outcome! Making an appointment with him was fast and easy. He showed up personally on time and spent at least an hour with us walking around the property, showing us his materials, giving us ideas and suggestions and patiently answering all our questions. He was down to earth, honest, accurate in his estimates, and incredible patient. We had an existing chain link fence and at first were going to have our neighbors get involved but in the end, decided the juice just wasn't worth the squeeze. Ronald provided estimates for both just in case we wanted them. We felt comfortable immediately. We had received other estimates and honestly, after our meeting with him, it wasn't even a question for us. Ronald and I were on a texting basis based on the appointment set up and after our initial estimate meeting, he even texted me images of what different fences could look like because I was (pun intended) on the fence about which color to pick. His customer service could not have been more amazing. On the day of the install, he himself showed up to help install the fence with 3 other guys. They started at 10am and left around 8:30pm. It was a full days work but they were incredibly professional, kept everything tidy and cleaned up after themselves. We had done a lot of prep work for them before they arrived so there wasn't a whole lot of debris. Just a note that if you are expecting any fence company to haul off with a ton of debris, that's not going to happen (it's usually in their contracts)! In this case, we didn't need Ronald to do any of that anyway so we were very pleased. The fence color is amazing and I'm so glad we went with it. His fences have metal support rails at the bottom, are made with the proper PVC material (not the knock off stuff), his posts go down 3ft and are filled half way with concrete (to give the fence flex in the wind) and his fence posts are solid concrete filled for security. His door handles are stainless steel black enamel and are rust proof and elegant. The only slightly annoying thing was that they put a lot of the dirt under our fence to fill the gap (which is standard) and I ended up removing all of that myself and adding a pretty white stone base with black border but again, this is all preference. All in all, we are so incredibly pleased with our fence - the added security and privacy it provides for our home is unmatched. We love Ronald and would hire him again in a heartbeat. Also, the fact that Ronald is the owner but is actually there the day of the install, working alongside his men not only gave us confidence but it showcases the pride he has in his work and how much he cares about how it looks in the end. "They took old fence down and replaced with white picket fence. They worked all day, 8 am or so til after 6, but got the job done. Cleaned up after themselves. We love the fence and have received many compliments."

"The job went great! In the two pre-contract site visits, we talked with Dave about the best way to install the fence, and we felt that he would be the most involved, and the he had the best sense as to what we wanted. The job took 2 1/2 days. We were amazed at how quickly they dug up the posts for the old fence, and cleared the concrete, and also how quickly they installed the new fence. There were a lot of tree roots along the area with the fencing, and they were very careful to hand dig everything, and to make the fence section a bit shorter if needed to avoid a root. In addition, they did a superb job attaching the bamboo, which took longer than the actual fence installation, and we discussed the best way to attach it and the best way for it to look. Dave and his brother were there for the beginning of the job. His brother was there for the pole digging (which was deep and had concrete down for two feet). In addition, we were most impressed by Manuel, who was the foreman for the job. He was both knowledgeable and creative. He and his team left the job broom clean each day, and they neatly stacked the extra bamboo where we wanted it. We were very impressed by the professionalism and workmanship, as well as the final product. We would strongly recommend Dave for your fencing needs."

"I contacted Hector the day before we were supposed to have a big snow storm to get an estimate for snow removal. He told me he would arrive at my home that same day to look at the property and give me an estimate. He was punctual and gave me a written out estimate (not just verbal). They removed snow from the sidewalk, 2 driveways, 2 walkways and front steps. They also removed the snow from our car parked in the driveway. They did not shoot the snow at my neighbors' property, which I appreciate. The price was a little high, but his team did an excellent job and were professional and punctual. I am willing to pay a little more since the reliability, quality and professionalism make it worth it. I would recommend them."
