"Very nice young man who got to work and got everything done.  He was supposed to call early in the AM to advise of his arrival but when I didn't hear from him - I called him.  he explained he was waiting for traffic to diminish and then would be heading up.  Would've preferred a more pro-active advisement but he did get here.  He was very thorough but left scratches on my newly stained deck (I presume from his equipment) and lots of peeled paint that came off.  I appreciated the extra efforts on the loose paint but the chips shouldn't have been left around.  
He did the work as advertised and I would recommend him to others.
