Once they were able to see the pipe we discovered that one of the utility lines had drilled their cable line through my sewer line causing me the problem. Ed called out the correct officials to determine who was responsible so that I would be able to file a claim for his services. We determined that it was in fact connected to ATand T. I'm still waiting to hear from someone at ATand T in the claims department. However, Ed and his crew did a GREAT job in a desperate time of need. They cut out the bad part of the pipe and replaced it with new. It's running like a champ! Ed also did a great job of taking pictures for me to have to be able to show ATand T if tey had any questions.

"Zach was amazing! I called him around 7-8pm and withing 15 minutes he was there to help me. We had some major issues and I told Zach was I was told from previous plumbers and come to find out, the issues I though I had were not what was told to me by others. Zach made sure I understood exactly what the issues were and told me upfront what the cost was. He is an amazing plumber and I will be calling him from now on with my issues. "She was contracted by The Plumbing Company to do this job, and she was great. She got here quickly (it's our only toilet) and got right to work. It took a while to clear out the blockage, and she thought there was still probably something out of her reach that might be causing the problem. She recommended that we check further down the line to get a permanent fix. Since this service call, we have had no further problems, but we hope to have that additional work done soon.

"The job went very well. All of the employees were pleasant and helpful and took the time to explain what was happening and what my options were. They initially came to unclog a blockage ($99 charge) and attempted to unclog it for 2+ hours before they realized it might be a bigger issue. Because they did not solve the issue they did not charge me for that initial visit and came back with a camera to diagnose the issue, which was a collapsed sewer line. I was impressed and happy at the level of comittment to solving the problem they demonstrated to solving the problem.
