"Waxtel LLC did a major renovation on my co-op on Sutton Place South. The renovations included new bathrooms, new kitchen, painting, floor restoration and a host of other repairs and renovations. The Company is excellent and I would highly recommend them. Besides the excellent workmanship, the owner, Dave Waxtel, was extremely responsive to all issues. I have dealt with contractors many times, and I would say Waxtel is the best one I have ever used. Moreover, the price was reasonable and fair. You will not be disappointed if you hire them. "We hired David to gut renovate our bathroom. He was EXCELLENT! Note, we live in an old house and working in these spaces is often complicated and requires lots of attention to detail. Highlights: *He and his crew were always on time in the mornings and pushing the project forward *His team was ULTRA clean, it was a full renovation that normally generates lots of mess & dust and we hardly even noticed the mess as the space was always orderly at the end of the day (we've had chaotic renovations before and this was worlds better, project was next to our kitchen and we were able to use it with no problems) *We had multiple changes of scope and David was always knowledgeable and gave us advice about how to modify the project in a stylish, cost-effective way. *He has lots of trustworthy industry contacts such as for quality glass showers, tile purveyors and plumbers *His craftsmanship is HIGH quality and he devotes lots of time an effort into crafting a product that his clients like. He was meticulous about asking us for grout color, tile pattern and spacing (we chose herringbone), shower ledge measurements, custom shelving and all finishings. *We appreciated that the crew covered the floors on a daily basis and were careful not to damage the house as we are preserving its historical character * David is incredibly trustworthy and we would hire him again! "George and his team did a great job gut-renovating my New York City apartment. George guided me through the entire renovation process from the initial design to handling DOB permits/inspections to the actual construction and everything in between. He and his crew are top-notch - they are by the far the best contracting company I've worked with. The quality of their work is fantastic, and their attention to detail is outstanding. I am particularly happy with the flooring, tiling, and painting that they did. I always receive compliments from visitors on how nice everything looks in my apartment post-renovation. Price-wise, Elite Tech is not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Their prices are fair and they do NOT cut corners. A few times George was not entirely satisfied with how some part of the renovation came out and would re-do it even though everything looked great to me. He treated my apartment renovation as if he were re-doing his own home. If any issues came up (as is normal for renovations), George would immediately notify me and provide multiple solutions. He has seen and fixed it all! It's worth noting that George is ridiculously responsive via phone, email, and text. I was always able to get in contact with him even when he was busy traveling. "Mario was able to provide an itemized estimate for kitchen remodeling. We added the floor and moulding afterwards since the first estimate was very reasonable and within budget. They were able to work during the week of Christmas and they were punctual from start time to end of day. They cleaned up after every work day. Our renovation was put on hold due to some building repairs and we were advised by Mario that it was best to put our renovation on hold until repairs are complete. Once we were able to resume renovations, Mario and his team were able finish work within 2 weeks."

We were very pleased with what we saw and decided to have CNM renovate our kitchen. Mateo and Vincente were the 2-man team sent to do the work. They’re not only some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met, but also consummate professionals. They were always on time, and did quiet and clean work even in the demolition phase. Mateo was always willing to stop everything to help answer a question or explain something. When the work was finished, we were left with showroom results. I already recommended CNM to a neighbor who was happy with their decision to go with CNM too, and I would recommend them again to whoever needed a recommendation. "They came for the estimate. I recieved the estimate and was going to hire them for part of the work. However, I left multiple messages and my calls, text and emails were not returned. Guess they only want big jobs and $5300 in work is just a drop in the bucket to them. There should be a category for those Contractors who will only take jobs above a certain price range so we both don't waste our time."

"This was a small job, and Alex did it right. All I needed was my cellar door rehung, as it was uneven. It turned out to be a little more complicated than that, but Alex fixed it, and I am very pleased with how it no longer is uneven."
