The checked for air leaks behind the dryer then conducted most of the rest of the work outside. He offered to replace the connector between the dryer and the vent line. He said I didn't need it, he didn't pressure me at all."

After the third time they finally got it right. First technician was a younger guy who was not keen on going into the attic since it was hot up there. He didn't know what he was doing. Second guy the same. Third guy was an older tech that I made a comment about it being hot in the attic and his comment was that this was his job no matter the conditions. Very professional. Should have sent him the first time."
