I mean, I had a very bad leak on the system, and so they needed to To replace the entire water line from the shutoff. at the city all the way to the house and they were they they had to cut a trench to bury it and they were here there was three guys and they were here about Maybe two and a half, 3 h working, and they got it all done. So, I mean, as far as I'm concerned, the war's back on. Everything's working. I can't complain. And they did it for the price that they did, because they, you know, they did, there was no price change or anything like that. So they did exactly what they estimated to be."

"We had issues with water leaking into the basement after heavy rainfall and called SunDry to give us a quote for water proofing. The job was completed and two days later it rained and our basement flooded... the sales rep, Mario, came back out and said they didnt make the flange tall enough in one corner, so the contractors came back and fixed it and it was covered under the warranty. Why they didnt do it right the first time I am not sure. Everyone considering using this company must be careful of Mario. He is a classic salesman ready to tell you exactly what you need to hear to make a sale, so be VERY careful trusting everything he is telling you. He walked around our house and pointed at random cracks and splits and said we needed foundation piers or our house is going to sink. He quoted us $5600 for the job and said it would save us money if we did it during waterproofing. We called a foundation engineer for a second opinion and were told our house was perfectly fine and in no need for foundation piers. Also be wary of the cost for put back of the dry wall/studs/finishings after the waterproofing. Sundry does not do this part of the job and will tell you it will only cost a few hundred bucks...it is not. We got a quote for $1100 from the guy that Mario referred and the price didnt even include putting the laminate flooring back. Mario was calling us every week when we first got the quote to schedule the job, but as soon as we needed something from him (to connect us with the guy for put back), he was very unresponsive and didnt stick to his estimated time frames. Marios contractors also left a mess of our basement with cement and dirt stains on our intact flooring. Other than that, the contractors did a great and speedy job and were very kind and professional. All in all, I would recommend them for their pricing is the cheapest of all other vendors we spoke to and they were very quick. I can only hope that they stay around long enough and that our warranty will always cover future leaks/issues."

"Jeff was great to work with.  He gave me a systematic approach to solving some ongoing water/drainage issues we may have.   He recommended first and foremost fixing a number of things his company would not benefit at all from (roof/gutters/downspouts, dehumidier) prior to us embarking upon a major project.  Thus, I felt that he was honest and gave answers/suggestions that weren't "cookie cutter" and had our best interest in mind.

"Jack Garland did a great job and he was professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. The only concern I had was the delay in arriving however the Snappy office kept me updated and things happen so it all worked out. Jack installed the garbage disposal I bought and figured out my sink issues. My choices were to either buy a replacement nozzle (which I am doing) or get a new faucet etc. which I eventually want to do but not now. Jack was helpful to tell me what part to look up on the Internet since it was an older part and I did find it thanks to his advice. He fixed the toilet which was running water constantly until I had shut the water off in the bathroom. He replaced the fill valve and flapper. Now the pressure reducing valve is something that I was unaware of that needed fixing, but my pressure was around 75 and moving up up up.... So now it is at 55. We have had issues in our neighborhood with the water pressure too. The electrician Jarrett Garland who came out earlier in the day had told me about the home protection plan and Jack brought it up too so I decided to go purchase it. So all in all it was an expensive day but stuff I needed to do. Jack did try to give me the best deal he could considering all that I had done and I appreciated that. Of course I am not savvy on what is good for Plumber's pricing but it all seemed reasonable to me, since again it also included a home protection plan. I really appreciated the fact that Jack took the time to tell me what to look for if I have issues for example with the garbage disposal in the future. Things I could try before calling Snappy. Another example is that now since my water pressure is good, that when I go on vacation to move the water temperature and other little tid bits like that, which are very helpful. I was very pleased with the Snappy Service."
