They did the whole job while we where back in Germany and provided us with pictures from the work they did all the time and always responded to any questions almost right away. "We had two very old showers, one with a tub, replaced. Steve and Mike were our service providers. They were very professional and thorough. They had to do a lot of demolition and carting out of old materials before they could install the new showers. The work was completed in 3 days and they put in long days. In one shower it was discovered that part of the wall was rotted. They replaced this for us and we were not charged any extra. The results are beautiful."

"They needed to raise the shower floor, so time is needed for it to cure. There seems to be a difference between what was discussed, and what the installer explained. We were told that this company was certified in mold remediation, and that is included in the quote. Installer acted surprised when I mentioned that and also other details that were discussed with our sales rep Dustin. Without the modifications discussed with our sales rep, the shower door that was delivered will certainly not fit. Feeling nervous about the outcome of this job. "
