" Alex did an exceptional job!! He found 11 areas where the rodents were entering the house and sealed up everyone with the very best materials that do not deteriorate. He came back in one week as promised, to check the traps. His traps caught two large rats!! He set more traps. His excellent work gave me peace of mind! No more noises coming from the attic and my cupboards!! Alex was very thorough and very professional. He emphasized that I can call him anytime even if there is no evidence of further infestation, and he would come out again to check every area. "Homeguard pest control send someone for the service. Without any notice. Claims they finish the service. But my cob webs and inside of the home were never serviced. They offered to come back and finish the service. They said they will come on Friday. But never showed up and didnt even let me know. Now theyre asking for payment first? They want payment before the service is even completed. "
