"My experience with Iroquois Fencing has been a great experience. I had approx. 200 ft. of 2 tone vinyl fencing installed to replace 2 different types of fencing around my yard. From the time they came with the estimate to the finished product. First I called them for an estimate and they came at the expected appointment time. It was raining so Dan did the estimate quickly. He made his measurements and presented me with an estimate by the end of the day. I did have a few changes/requests and he was able to accommodate me and get a revised estimate to me quickly. Their estimate was very competitive with all the others I obtained (4 in total). We did not have an extremely long wait time for installation either. It was about 5 or 6 weeks from the agreed upon contract to install date. When that day came their crew of 5 pulled up at 7:15 a.m. and had all my old fences removed in a little over an hour. By 3 p.m. we had the whole vinyl fence installed and all their tools and debris cleaned up totally. We had a chain link gate being installed so I had to wait until the next day for them to install it, since it was being custom made. My wife and I cannot be happier with the final product and the treatment from all the employees of this company. So far we have had numerous neighbors and friends comment on how great the fence looks and ask where we bought our fence from. We are happy to tell them about our experience and this company."

"John gave me excellent customer service. He came out to my house three times over the last few years to give me an estimate. Each time he was just as pleasant and helpful as he was the time before - very patient. I wanted to cut costs so I had various plans and fences I wanted to go over. John went over each plan and gave an estimate. I wound up doing the whole back yard. Any additional questions after he left he got right back with me either by phone/email in a timely manner. The work crew was just as pleasant and professional. Thy did an incredible job. The back yard looks great. After a year the fence still looks as good as new. You can't go wrong with City Fence."

"We are satisfied with the completed project. The project was completed in two days on the schedule that was promised. The fence looks good and appears to be sturdy. We have had a number of compliments on its appearance. However, we recommend that anyone doing a similar project be prepared to follow the project closely. The issues we encountered included 1) the initial building permit was obtained from the wrong town, 2) the initial contract was for a different design fence than what we had agreed upon, 3) the workers took no care to avoid ruts in our lawn which took a lot of personal effort to repair, and 4) the workers "hid" dirt from the fence holes under our evergreen trees, even though we had paid for it to be hauled away."

"Doug the owner was great to work with and very responsive. I was moving from VA and needed a fence quickly since I have 2 dogs and Doug did everything right to make sure our Fence was ready to go when we got up here. They are not the lowest cost but you get what you pay for and American Fence is worth the money. I was very pleased with the crew and they cleaned up the area nicely after every day of work. The fence looks fantastic and I would highly recommend using American Fence."

"My complaint is communication. I had to keep calling the office to get an "idea" of when they'd be coming. When I finally was given a date, I took time off from work and they didn't show or call. I was told they were working on a "bigger job" and would be there the next weekday. They did come the next weekday but I certainly didn't take another day off to be home. Bottom line, since the time I gave my 50% deposit to the time fence was installed, I received zero and I mean zero phone calls from them. It was all me contacting them.. The fence however is wonderful and exactly what I wanted. Price was about on par with other places I checked with. If you are home often and during the day and not looking for an urgent job done, they'd be just fine."
