He gave us a very fair price on the labor for that, and in fact was able to get us a beautiful and custom made vanity and top. The workmanship is top notch and all the men in the crew are very personable. Caesar not only listens, but he readily ask you questions as to your input on how things be done to your liking. The stairs and powder room turned out beautiful. We've already told Caesar that his services for another project will be needed in the fall."

"We hired Quintessential Renovations to remodel an old, run-down basement in a 100 year old house. Alex impressed us right away with his ideas for the project. It wasn't just us telling him what we wanted, but rather Alex actively building on our ideas and suggesting options. Quintessential was the second highest of four bids but we went with them because Alex conveyed to us, more than any other bidder, that he would have sufficient attention to detail and deliver a fully finished look. Believing this was the best value, we went with Alex. We were not disappointed. Alex had great ideas throughout the project and we love our new basement. The skilled workers that are actually employees of Quintessential, the carpenter and electrician, are fantastic. On time, reasonably cleaned up, courteous, happy to hear our concerns during the project - really top rate professionals. A few issues arose with the subbed out drywall and painting, but this was rectified when Alex was also unhappy with the work and brought in a better crew at no cost to us to finish the work. We also had an issue with the supply of new custom windows that dragged out for many months, but in the end Alex was (finally) able to find a suitable supplier on the third try and the windows look great. Would hire again."

"My husband and I used HomeAdvisor to assist us in finding a contractor to remodel our guest and master bathroom. We were incredibly lucky that Ultra Source Performance was first on the list! Frank worked with us from beginning to end, was incredibly professional and easy to communicate with. In the very beginning of our remodeling plans, he took time out of his already busy schedule to talk us through our ideas and give us his two cents. Jason and Dakota, who did the majority of the handiwork, kept their work space very clean and tidy. They were very friendly, easy to work with, and respectful of my home and belongings. I definitely would not mind them coming back to do more work on my house! The end product of both bathrooms was phenomenal, especially my master bathroom. I've gotten comments that it looks and feels like a high-end hotel bathroom, which I think is one of the highest forms of praise! We've had a couple tweaks that needed to be addressed a few months after their work was done, and Frank was always quick to respond. "Kate and Alex went above and beyond to help us install kitchen cabinets that we bought from Home Depot, which by the way, HD design was wrong among other problems (we know, big mistake!). They helped us solve the design problems and even explained to HD representatives the problem since we are not experts. We are very happy and thankful for Kate’s and Alex’s support, excellent customer service and flexibility to help, even though it wasn’t their problem. Also, I bought from Kate beautiful modern hardware for the kitchen that looks awesome!. We will work with Kate again in future renovations, she is the best!."
