"Marvin was an excellent and conscientious foreman.. The 3 extra workers in Los Angeles were incredible with packing, wrapping, etc. Marvin took great effort in specially wrapping certain items. We especially liked the fact that we had a dedicated truck for this long distance move, and actually met Marvin (our driver & foreman) twice before the load-in - we knew ahead of time who our driver would be, and he kept in touch several times during the trip. "The representative who took my details before the move, mistook some information and there was some misunderstanding. when the movers came in and they did not expect the amount to things to be moved because they were basically misinformed by their representative. They were frustrated, and we were frustrated as well, but it was basically due to a misunderstanding, but at the very end, they work hard for us and work double for us. They worked 3 shifts to move our stuffs to Long Beach. The price I would say it was fair. They arrived when they said they would be there. At the end, we made a point to tip them properly for the hard work that they have provided for us."

Walked me through every detail of the cost breakdown including the need for a shuttle service due to NYC’s narrow streets.
