We had been thinking about the tankless option for some time so we called Steve about 5:00pm and explained the situation. We talked it through and he came to our home the following morning at 9:00am to assess the situation. Despite being a more complicated installation than most, he said he could do it right away (I think he actually took personal pride in taking on the challenge).
