"Making initial contact through Angie's list did not work well -- vendor did not respond to messages. Once I called them on the phone, we made quick progress in addressing removal of the ground hog who moved in under my shed. Proposed solution was effective but pricey, compared to a prior removal. I proceeded any way due the need to proceed promptly and the lack of response from other vendors. Bottom line: good work but at a premium price, which takes the rating down to a 4."

"They do our pest control. Whole service package for my home. Pet-safe stuff inside, and exterior chemical treatment. We checked around and they had the best price. They are great to work with, I have already recommended them."

"I had submitted a query on Angie’s List and received a call from Valiant right away. They were quick to schedule and perform the service. They were thorough with their work and were glad to do a follow-up visit. Very professional! We are hoping we do not have another pest issue, but I would be sure to use them again! Highly recommended."
