He called 30 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive to say he was on the way, he was on time, friendly as can be & extremely knowledgeable, hard working & honest. Tom Evans called shortly after I submitted the request, and he and his partner Jerry showed up within twenty minutes after that and were finished with the job in under an hour. They had everything it needed on their truck - a new wax ring, new plastic shims to replace the wooden ones that had been there previously, and a new caulk job. The toilet flushes fine with no leaks, and it's now very sturdy and not going anywhere. "HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We just had a French drain installed along with a new sump pump and pit in our basement and had the floors epoxyed afterwards. The project manager, Kenny, was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning he explained everything that their team would be doing, gave me updates throughout the day. If I had a question or concern Kenny was patient with me and continued to make sure any questions/concerns were addressed, even telling me to call him if I thought of any other questions. Their crew was very respectful of the property by making sure to lay out tarps to protect the floors, and made all attempts to manage the noise since we were home. Whatever was left in the basement they made sure to cover and protect. And if something needed to be moved they moved it and moved it back. When it came time to lay down the epoxy there was a scheduling hiccup. Kenny though went out of his way to make it right by coming right after another job and staying late to make sure we're stayed on schedule since I was having out of town guests coming that weekend and needed access to the basement.
