"Jeff Griffin really knows heating & plumbing! He also recommended 2 excellent 3rd-party companies: 1. Unlimited Removal and Demolition - to drain, cut up, & remove old oil tank; abate asbestos from, and remove, old boiler; remove oil filler pipes & patch foundation with cement 2. Boxford Chimney Sweep - to run a new flue liner and install a new stainless steel chimney cap We hired J.Griffin Heating & Plumbing to disconnect an ancient "snowman-style" oil-fueled steam boiler with attached "instant" water heater, and replace it with a gas boiler & free-standing gas water heater. Fast. Efficient. Clean. Pleasant & willing to answer all of our questions. All 3 companies provided very high quality experiences! I would hire any/all of them again. Bonuses: Sandy Griffin (with JGH&P), & Daniela Ibanez (with UR&D) provided excellent & timely email & phone support. 5 Stars all around!!"

"Mouradian Plumbing and Heating were instrumental in our renovation, and I can’t say enough good things about them. We were in the process of purchasing a home and had a complex situation — we needed to replace a failed forced hot water radiator system with an entirely new heating system. It was a major decision, and from the initial inquiry, Eric was someone you immediately feel comfortable working with. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and transparent — and he genuinely wants the outcome to be right for the homeowner. He guided us through the decision-making process, solved problems calmly, and made sure everything was done correctly. He is truly the reason we were able to move forward with purchasing our home. His team is outstanding. They installed a complete Bosch heat pump system with gas backup, ran all new ductwork, and supported our kitchen and bathroom remodel, including the installation of a new Rinnai tankless water heater. They did a fantastic job."

"We had a great experience the guys know exactly how to take care of any plumbing heating system you might have. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs there expertise. They do awesome work."

"We were very pleased with the work that the Genove technicians did. They removed our 40-year-old gas boiler and associated water heater and replaced it with a new system. They tested the new system carefully, put explanatory tags on all of the relevant pipes and faucets, and cleaned up well. The team members were polite and worked hard. We had similarly good experiences when Genove technicians came to repair our central AC system. They were knowledgeable and efficient, got the system going again, and the price was fair. We continue to use this company for heating and AC repairs."

"John and his father arrived on time and did a great job installing an outside faucet. Great service at a reasonable price!"

"I called Ryan for my water heater leaking. He came within the same day, ready to go and replaced it quickly. He provided a great service and affordable price. Highly recommend him for any plumbing needs."

"I ca;;ed pm a Friday morning, late morning, and I was assured that the work would be completed that day. He asked the necessary questions, picked up the water heater, installed it in a hassle-free manner, and hauled away the old tank. The price was fair and affordable."

"Great service at an affordable price. Had a new water heater installed. Felt confident in the selection of the water heater and the workmanship. Work completed in a high quality way at about half the price others quoted."

"Excellent work by Julen to assess my needs and help choose a humidifier for my system. Excellent installation by Cris and his apprentice. Both service people made sure I understood everything and were responsive to my questions. The job site was left clean and the new equipment was explained."

"J.T. came to evaluate installation of an over-the-range microwave. He was very thorough and explained everything so I could understand the complexities of the installation. Very friendly and competent!"
