He was very knowledgable about pertinent laws and regulations and took his time to explain them. He also explained that the HVAC unit is old, but functioning and that it may have to be replaced in a couple of years. When that day comes I will definitely call Carini again, and ask for Donald."

After all of their hard work to do so, and it was decided that it be replaced, the two of them replaced our old water heater with new. The final product was super clean (even though I hadn't thought to clean it for them before they arrived. ugh!). They are VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, and WILL DO THINGS RIGHT. "They had to come out 4 times. The first water heater started leaking after 6 months. It was replaced. The second water heater also started leaking after 6 months. I contacted the manufacturer and they recommended a thermal expansion tank be installed. It was not installed the first or second time the water heaters were installed. I did have to pay a re installation fee. I picked up the 3rd water heater myself and they gave me natural gas water heater instead of propane. The fourth attempt they finally got it right and so far the water heater has worked after 7 months. The guy was very responsive as far as my calls and issues. He came out whenever I needed. Unfortunately, the entire experience was just a train wreck."

I honestly recommend Ezra and his team of plumbers, because he his honesty and integrity, qualities that are sadly hard to find these days! Ezra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tankless water heater system that we installed, and he was kind enough to come over and take a look at our new unit after it was installed and to check with us that the monthly bills came down as well. In addition to that, Ezra installed our new tankless water heater with the remote control that connects outside the tankless water heater. Because the remote control was not waterproof and if it will be installed inside the water heater, it would short circuit if it got wet enough. Thank you Ezra for going above and beyond for a "customer" who didn't even get to use you! Much appreciated.
