"Horrible experience due to a conflict between 2 brothers who own a firm. Ron gave us quote and went over job. We agreed to quote and he told us we were on the schedule for 10/21. I never received a written quote so called the morning of 10/21 to see if they were coming out. Geoff showed up 2 hours later with an assistant. Apparently Ron had never put us on schedule so asked Geoff to cover for him. Geoff picked up a unit at Menards on the way in. Wrong unit. Cut hole in ceiling in the wrong place (too close to the wall). Ran a new circuit then told my wife they had to get a part and would be back in 5 days (Wed.). They left the bathroom a total mess and electricity was off in both our bedroom and bathroom. Called Ron the next day and found out we could turn on the circuit breaker but would have hot wires in our bathroom until Geoff came back on Wed. In the meantime, I realized this was taking longer than expected and asked how much it was actually going to cost. After some hemming and hawing, Ron agreed to finish the job for $800 (25% more than initial quote) then called back the next day to say we should find someone else to finish the job. Wanted us to return unit to Menards that his brother bought. Said we did not need a receipt and could get a store credit . We do not shop at Menards so a store credit was useless. We paid them for the time they already had in and the unit is still sitting in our garage. Job was finished by another firm and total, including what we paid to Bills, was far less than original quote from Bills. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone."

All wiring and conduit straight and concealed when possible. Robbie was the lead throughout the project. He did a great job answering my questions and advising me along the way.
