"Sales and selection process were excellent. Installation was neat and efficient. The installers were highly detail oriented. Finished product looks great. They only issue was it took FOREVER to get the job done. My entry doors and slider were custom but not odd size, the other doors were stock. Contract was signed in early January and installation wasn't until September. So plan ahead. I suppose this was the door manufacturer's fault, but 9 months seems extreme. Permitting was not the hold up. Even my roof was faster than that. (I could have had it installed in late August but we were away, but I'm only talking like 2 weeks difference.)"

They were by far the most professional and knowledgeable so I decided to go with them. Unfortunately, my insurance company denied my claim stating there was no hail damage. They invested a great of time helping me without asking or expecting any payment. They worked with the insurance company, filing reports and meeting them over 3 times at my home, to try to resolve the issue; whereas, many other companies would not have invested the time. They knew I had a legitimate claim and were dedicated to getting it resolved. They recommended that I go to litigation, told me they would attend litigation with me, and fight on my behalf, without any guarantee of getting compensation. During the litigation it became even more evident that they were very knowledgeable, fair, and professional. Thanks to their dedication I was able to get the roof I was rightfully entitled to.
