He really didn’t have time to do the job the same day but because our freezer food was thawing out, he prioritized and came to repair the fridge at 7:30 at night after he had met all his other commitments for the day. This dedication and customer service was greatly appreciated. The issue and task were clear and agreed upon. Wendell and Howard were professional and did a good job and the issue appears to be resolved. Our only real issue was the charge of $150 for 12.5 oz of R132 and $200 for the 45 minutes or so of labor (no parts were changed and no diagnostics were performed). There was no discussion of cost up front (candidly i felt pressured to get someone out right away and I should have asked for trip charge and expected project charge). Overall, I was pleased with the job and really appreciated him coming out the same day especially so late in the evening and with the work. However, I am not happy with what I felt was too high of a charge."
