"I had a complete blockage in 57 year old plumbing with very outdated configuration making it nearly impossible to get to the clog. I had a different company out first. Their technician spent 3 hours, trying very hard, then decided they couldn't fix it without digging up the slab. Reddi Services sent a technician who spent 3 hours, followed by a second technician who spent another 3 hours. They were both terrific, consulting with their supervisor, trying different things. The first technician from Reddi Services was Brent (didn't get his last name). He was pleasant, answered my questions, explained what and why, and worked very hard. The second technician was Ben Aguilar. He was also terrific for the same reasons, and spent another 3 hours working on the problem which he finally solved successfully! I was resigning myself to having to dig up the floor when his sheer determination saved me thousands of dollars! An additional bonus - both technicians were very good about face covering and physical distance. Hats off to Reddi Services!"

"Excellent service. Mr. Bill quickly fixed a new install of a bathroom faucet. I had it previously installed from one of the "large" companies in town and it was not installed correctly. Mr. Bill was able to see what was wrong and quickly fix it. No more leaks or other issues. He is prompt, easy to schedule a time with, and provides education on what was done. "Regal Bath and Kitchens did a beautiful job remodeling our master bathroom. We wanted to get rid of the bathtub, the tiny shower, and the 90’s style lower vanity with the massive mirror. We didn’t even think there was room to do all that we wanted but their end result made the room look larger than it was . Best of all, this was at a price we could afford. Rich helped us get things started by meeting at the showroom to see styles on display and to pick out tiles for the floor and walls. We could see the samples for the vanity, the sinks and the fixtures. It made it easier to coordinate things when we could see how everything looked together, and we were able to select exactly what we wanted in each area. We did have to choose a second tile by going to Floor and Décor later on because our wall tile was out of stock, but the replacement one was beautiful and the sales lady there also helped us coordinate things. The remodel included removing a wall and some other decorative arches in the bathroom. They had to move the water pipes for the shower. The shower included so many nice features – a bench, a toe pick near the shower heads, two shower heads – a rain style one and a hand held one – a switch to use one or both heads at the same time, a niche for toiletries, and the controls to turn the water on near the entrance to the shower so it was warm by the time we got into the shower. They also agreed to install new light fixtures, towel racks and mirrors which we purchased elsewhere. They suggested that we hire others to paint the walls for us. They did an exception job with the plumbing. The slope of the floor in the shower is just right so that all the water runs into the drain and the drain is big enough that it has never gotten clogged. Whenever, we had a problem or concern, Rich was reassuring saying that he would take care of everything we wanted. The crew was proud of the work they did and were always cheerful to have working in our home. John was especially careful of keeping the dust off our rugs and in the master bathroom area. Every day he carefully covered the beds with plastic so they could be used at night. Jesus worked exceptionally hard getting the tiles on the bottom of the shower installed. The end result has received a “Wow” from everyone who sees it. We would hire them again to remodeled our hall bath."
